Intended Audience
MAPS Global 2020 has a target audience of physicians, pharmacists and other allied health professionals who work within the Medical Affairs field as well as Medical Affairs leaders, all of whom may be key decision makers within their Medical Affairs organizations.

Accreditation Statement
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Horizon CME and the Medical Affairs Professional Society. Horizon CME is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation
Horizon CME designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The Washington State Pharmacy Association is an advisory board pharma company accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a Provider of continuing pharmacy education.

This conference is approved for up to 12.25 credit hours by the Washington State Pharmacy Association.How to obtain credit for attendance (eligibility requirements and process for obtaining certificate)To receive documentation of credit, participants must:

  • Approximately 4 weeks from the activity date, you will receive an e-mailed invitation from Horizon CME to participate in a brief, online follow-up survey. Your participation would be greatly appreciated.

ACPE CE Requirements

You must attend the educational activity and after the conference, via email, you will receive an evaluation which you must complete in order to be eligible to receive CE credits. In order to process CE credits, participants must have provided the correct NABP e-Profile ID number and their birth month and day (MMDD format) in the Evaluation Form. The NABP e-Profile ID number is a six to eight-digit number, and it is NOT your license number, NPI number, or store NABP#. If you need to verify your number or have not yet registered for one, please visit www.MyCPEMonitor.net. Horizon CME will collect the information and send it to WSPA to upload the CE 45 days after the conference. The Washington State Pharmacy Association only has 60 days from the date of the activity to upload the CPE information to the CPE Monitor. It will be your responsibility to check the CPE Monitor before the 60 days to make sure the CE is uploaded in your profile. If there are any problems, you will need to contact WSPA 425-228-7171.
